  • Description: Summary: St. Catherine Hospital is looking for OBGYN coverage for the dates below in Dodge City only. RATES: Malpractice – Must be included in rates. Orientation – 220 - Kicks in after 8 hours Per hour of orientation and training beyond 8 hours'' On Call Daily – 5200 and below - “Per 24 hours to include 24 hours gratis 24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 7800 - “Per 24 hours to include 24 hours gratis **IMPORTANT!** What You Need To Know: 1. Presentation Checklist: All providers submissions must include the Presentation Checklist attached in the Practice Description or accessible here. Please ensure this document is completed and uploaded in the Documents tab prior to presentation.2. Provider Expectations: All submitted providers MUST AGREE to the expectations on the document here. Many providers have advised they were NOT given this document to confirm they are agreeable please ensure this is done prior to presentation.3. Kansas Malpractice: By law the Kansas Board of Healing Arts requires certain health care providers chiropractors nurse anesthetists nurse midwives physicians physician assistants and podiatrists who obtain medical licenses to practice in the state of Kansas to be enrolled in the KS Health Care Stabilization Fund as part of the issuance of an active KS medical license. Duration: Stretches of at least 7 days/monthAssignment: Physician working in clinic during the week seeing ob/gyn patients for new obstetrics established obstetrics new gynecology issues and surgical consultations. Surgical blocks are twice per week for non-emergent surgeries. Shifts are 24 hour shifts from 7 am to 7 am and includes all obstetrics as well as emergency gynecology and obstetric cases. Details: 7a-7a - 24 hour shiftsFacility Location: St. Catherine Hospital - Dodge CitySetting: Clinic and Inpatient CallFTE: 0Required Procedures/Job Duties: All ob/gyn procedures including more than 5 c-section in last 24 months amp more than 5 hysterectomies in last 24 months. EMR: EPICSupport Staff: Lab Tech LPN/LVN MA X-ray Tech RNPhysicians working with CRNA's and midwivesReason for Coverage: An internal provider is leaving and they need to backfill.Dealbreakers Do Not Present: All providers must be able to perform all functions of the job clinic amp call to be consideredAdequate procedures for privileging -- need to have procedure log at time of candidate presentation. Must have the following within the past 24 months for presentation: at least 5 hysterectomies and at least 5 C sections. Will NOT consider candidates wishing to do clinic only!Unable to consider FMOBs at this time. EMR Training Requirements: Module learn lessons – Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.EMR Virtual training – Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Provider will be required to complete Modules EUPA test and PPL at least one week prior to their start date. All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation. What are the # of years of epic experience they have?When was the last time MM/YYYY that they used Epic?What is the name of the last facility the provider used EPIC?Can you provide me with a photo large enough to add to a badge and not become pixelated? - Please attach photo in documents sectionCan you disclose the provider's time zone for scheduling the virtual epic training?We need the provider's best phone # to use for call shifts while working.
