Description: Summary: Looking for a general hematologist/oncologist who can provide all aspects of oncologic clinical care. To include hospital inpatient hematology/oncology consults with the support of 1-2 inpatient APP's.
Rate Caps for submission:
Malpractice
– Must be included in rates.
Orientation
– 325 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. “Per hour of
orientation or training beyond 8 hours”
On Call Daily – 4100 - “Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 6150 - “Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
Call Back
– 650 or below – “Per hour of
patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA
terms.”
Holiday Call Back – 975 - “Per holiday hour of patient contact
hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.”

Inpatient Hospital Coverage: Mon-Sun 7am-7am supported by 1-2 oncology APP’s Mon-Fri

Duties: Inpatient Hospital Coverage: Mon-Sun 7am-7am supported by 2 oncology APP’s Mon-Fri
On average of 12-15 consults per week
1 out of every 4 weeks hospital rotation
Required Procedures: None
EMR: Cerner and Ingenious Med hospital billing system
Support Staff: Support by 1-2 oncology APP’s Monday-Friday
