Required Skills
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Washington State
Proven experience in general medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or related fields
Strong interview and physical assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to perform compensation and pension exams, including documentation and report submission
Attention to detail and adherence to protocols
Nice to Have Skills
Prior experience working with veterans or in military healthcare settings
Knowledge of VA or government-related health assessments
Familiarity with documentation software and medical reporting tools
Certification in relevant specialties or additional licensure
Preferred Education and Experience
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Experience with compensation and pension examinations or health assessments related to veteran services
Other Requirements
Ability to travel within Washington State, with travel expenses covered
Flexibility to work half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) shifts on a PRN schedule
Successful completion of required training and onboarding
Commitment to completing follow-up administrative tasks such as report addendums and diagnostics
