Required Skills:
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Missouri
Proven experience in general medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or orthopedic surgery
Ability to perform interview-based assessments with limited physical examination skills (e.g., range of motion, muscle strength testing)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Capability to work independently within defined geographic areas
Proficiency in handling fast-paced assessment environments
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience with Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams
Familiarity with veteran healthcare policies and procedures
Certification(s) relevant to veteran assessments or similar protocols
Experience working with government contractors or in military healthcare settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree or higher in Nursing (NP qualification)
Minimum of 2+ years clinical practice in general or internal medicine
Prior involvement in assessment or evaluative roles related to compensation or disability evaluations
Other Requirements:
Own a dedicated office space within a 50-mile radius of assigned locations
Available to work on a PRN basis with flexible hours (half-day or full-day shifts)
Willingness to travel locally; travel costs covered in rates
Ability to complete rapid credentialing and onboarding processes
No prescribing or treatment responsibilities; exams are interview-based with limited physical assessments
Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding licensure, certification, and employment

Hourly Pay Rate: $600 for half-day (up to 4 hours), $1200 for full day (5+ hours). Bonus: $650 upon completing training and first exams.
