Are you a skilled and dedicated Gastrointestinal (GI) Technologist seeking a vital role in a dynamic healthcare environment? As an Interventional GI Tech, you will be an integral part of our high-performing GI Lab team, supporting advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures that significantly impact patient outcomes. Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically within the GI specialty field.
  • Proficiency in performing and supporting procedures such as ERCP, SPYGLASS, EUS, EBUS, and navigation bronchoscopy.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of aseptic techniques, patient safety protocols, and equipment operation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to respond quickly to emergent situations.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with inpatient and outpatient GI labs.
  • Prior exposure to pulmonary diagnostic procedures.
  • Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Certifications in other relevant advanced procedures or specialties.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Certification as a GI Technologist or related healthcare technical credential.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a hospital GI or pulmonary lab setting.
  • Prior experience supporting complex interventional procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work scheduled hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM; a work schedule of 13 weeks.
  • Willingness to work in a 24-hour operational environment.
  • Ability to travel for certifications, training, or required temporary assignments when applicable.
  • Valid licensure and certifications as mandated by state or federal regulations.

This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $45.56, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), weekly pay via direct deposit, and a robust referral bonus program.
