What You'll Do:
As an Interventional GI Tech, you will support the delivery of complex procedures including ERCP, SPYGLASS, EUS, EBUS, and navigation bronchoscopy, ensuring seamless patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings. Your responsibilities will include assisting with advanced GI and Pulmonary procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, managing specialized equipment, and working closely with our skilled medical team in a 24-hour department committed to exceptional service.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interventional GI Tech or in a similar specialty
  • Proficiency in diagnostic and interventional GI and Pulmonary procedures (ERCP, EUS, EBUS, SPYGLASS, navigation bronchoscopy)
  • Current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
  • Excellent technical skills and familiarity with advanced medical equipment
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding patient care skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Additional certifications in specialized procedures or equipment
  • Experience working in high-volume or hospital-based environments
  • Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control protocols
  • Bilingual skills to assist diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Healthcare-related diploma or certification program completion
  • At least 2 years of experience in an interventional GI or Pulmonary lab setting

Other Requirements:
  • Active certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Commitment to working a schedule from 6:30 AM to 5 PM, 13 weeks per rotation
  • Please note, we are unable to consider local candidates within 50 miles of the facility for this role
