Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS and NIHSS preferred
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to adapt quickly to changing clinical environments and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in utilizing healthcare technology and electronic medical records (EMR)
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in critical care, emergency, or medical-surgical units
Prior float or agency nursing experience
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree in Nursing (required)
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience, with clinical hours completed at accredited nursing programs
Other Requirements:
Night shift availability (5:45 PM – 7:15 AM), every other weekend, and two major plus two minor holiday shifts
Willingness to participate in orientation and ongoing professional development
Ability to efficiently handle fast-paced and high-pressure situations
Compliance with all institutional policies and safety standards
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $46.90, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program. We also provide paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable.
