As an Agency RN with Wellstar, you'll be crucial in ensuring seamless patient care delivery across multiple departments, contributing to improved healthcare outcomes for our community.
What You'll Bring:
Current Georgia RN license (or multi-state Compact license)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
Critical thinking and quick decision-making in fast-paced settings
Proficiency with healthcare technology and documentation systems
Minimum of less than 1 year of direct patient care experience
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in various inpatient units or critical care environments
Bilingual skills are a plus
Ability to adapt to changing healthcare needs and environments
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Graduation from an accredited nursing program with clinical hours validated by program
Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to work night shifts (7:15 PM – 6:45 AM)
Availability for every other weekend and two major/minor holidays
All certifications required upon hire, with ongoing compliance necessary
Must comply with all Wellstar policies, safety standards, and professional conduct guidelines
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90
