• Backup specialties: CarePlex: stroke center OB Int Cards vascular GI surgery ortho with hand spine 2-3 days a week of neurosurgery nephrology neurology in addition to telestroke hematology/oncology urology pulmonary/critical care and podiatry. Pt. Warwick: same call availability as CP STEMI will go to another facility.
• Coverage Type: 3-4 shifts a month. Scheduled hours
• Schedule Details: CarePlex: 7a-1p 7a-4p 10a-10p 12p-10p 3p-2a 9p-7a / Pt. Warwick: 10a-10p 2p-12a. times may change. Must be willing to work some nights in order to be considered.

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: PA-C FNP ANCC AANP
• State Licenses: Required VA
• Certifications: must maintain ACLS or BLS and if they request Moderate Sedation they will require the ACLS
• CSR Req’d: yes
• DEA Req’d?: yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days

1. 2 years' worth of logs required – all clinicians
2. Every applicant is required to provide either a T-Spot or QuantiFERON PPD NOT accepted
3. Immunizations must include MMR Varicella Tdap Tetnus HepB and COVID
4. There is a questionnaire that must be completed in order to request an application – a timely turnaround is expected for that.
5. RUN CODES: Docs only run codes in ED for both locations. APPs are able to participate as well.
