Required Skills:
Valid dental license in good standing
Proficiency in all facets of general dentistry, including fillings, extractions, and hygiene assessments
Ability to perform root canals (local posterior RCT preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent communication and patient management skills
Strong attention to detail and steady hand for precision work
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in performing posterior root canal treatments
Additional certifications in sedation or specific dental specialties
Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse patient population
Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution
Prior experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in general dentistry
Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse patient caseload effectively
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work a 5x8-hour shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Ability to handle varying patient volumes effectively
Certification in basic life support (BLS) preferred
Valid state licensing and adherence to all regulatory standards
No extensive travel required; practice owner covers lodging with an in-law suite provided
