We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CRNA to provide exceptional anesthesia services across multiple hospital locations. Required Skills:
Board Certification as a CRNA
Valid North Carolina State License
1-2 years of anesthesia experience (no new graduates)
Current ACLS and PALS certifications
Ability to float between multiple facilities including Annie Penn, Wesley Long, and Moses Cone
Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
Strong clinical skills in general, ortho, vascular, urology, GYN, robotics, and neuro procedures
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with hearts, lungs, vascular, or neuro anesthesia
Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical settings and equipment
Prior experience working in high-volume surgical environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
1-2 years of hands-on CRNA experience in hospital settings
Experience with advanced anesthesia equipment such as Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systems
Other Requirements:
Ability to work flexible shifts including day shifts and optional call (12-hour shifts available)
Willingness to support multiple locations and float as needed
Credentialing process completion within 60-90 days
Ability to begin employment on 12/01/2025
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $202.80, with potential overtime at 1.5x the regular rate for applicable hours and holiday pay at 1.5x on designated holidays.
