What You’ll Bring:
1-2 years of recent nursing experience, with at least 6 months in telemetry
Current RN license in your state or a multi-state compact license
BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
Strong assessment skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
Previous experience in cardiac and telemetry units
Experience with patient education and family engagement
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred
Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a related specialty
Other Requirements:
Night shift availability from 7 PM to 7 AM
Every other weekend commitment
No on-call requirements
Ability to handle a patient ratio of 5:1 to 6:1 depending on staffing
Willingness to travel and adapt to new clinical settings
Certification of compliance with all licensing and hospital onboarding requirements
