Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Operating Room nursing
Valid BLS certification
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of surgical procedures
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Nice to Have Skills:
Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
Experience with specialized surgical procedures or complex cases
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Bilingual abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
State licensure as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
Proven track record in a hospital OR setting
Other Requirements:
No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility
Schedule: Days (06:30-19:00) with a 12-hour shift, Wednesday through Friday, with call responsibilities
Start Date: July 29, 2024
Compensation: $59.80 per hour
