Required Skills:
Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Medical / Surgical setting
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and NIH certification; ACLS certification preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting
Additional certifications relevant to medical or surgical nursing
Bilingual abilities to assist diverse patient populations
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in medical/surgical units
Proven ability to manage a high patient volume with accuracy and compassion
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work Night shifts (19:00-07:00) on a 7-on, 7-off schedule
Compliance with all licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement policies
No local candidates within 50 miles; candidates must be willing to commit to the specified shift and schedule
