Role Overview:
Our Physical Therapist position offers a rewarding opportunity to work in outpatient settings with a focus on patient-centered care. The role involves managing a busy caseload, typically seeing 12-14 patients per day with double-booked follow-up visits. You will operate on a 9 am to 6 pm schedule, Monday through Friday, with a guaranteed 36 hours weekly, up to 40 hours, providing vital rehabilitative services to improve patient mobility, strength, and function. Flexibility to float to other clinics is not required, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care in your primary location. We welcome both new graduates and first-time travelers, offering a stimulating environment for professional growth.
Required Skills:
Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage a busy outpatient caseload efficiently
Proficiency in documentation and electronic health records (EHR) systems
Commitment to patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with outpatient therapy in diverse settings
Knowledge of specialized therapy techniques (e.g., orthopedics, sports medicine)
Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse patient demographic
Experience with telehealth or remote patient management
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred but not mandatory for new graduates
Certification in CPR/BLS
Other Requirements:
Ability to work on a double-book model, managing multiple patients efficiently
Effective time management skills to meet productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week
Willingness to work within scheduled hours and adhere to clinic policies
Must have or be willing to obtain all necessary licenses and certifications
Outpatient experience preferred but not required; new grads are encouraged to apply
