Perm - Physician - Primary Care (Internal Medicine and Family Medicine)
Covenant HealthCare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible physicians specializing in Internal Medicine (preferred) or Family Medicine to join our esteemed medical team in Michigan. Position Highlights:
Locations: Currently available in Bay City, MI, and Saginaw Township, MI, with additional sites opening in 2025. All positions are situated within the Great Lakes Bay Region, offering an outstanding quality of life and natural beauty.
Practice Setting: Outpatient-based care within a collegial, physician-led environment. Many practices are designated Patient-Centered Medical Homes, with some having CPC+ status.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays, providing work-life balance. Shared phone call responsibilities with primary care colleagues.
Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive primary medical care, adhering to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Emphasis on patient-centered, compassionate care in a supportive environment.
Facilities and Technology: State-of-the-art facilities equipped with advanced medical technologies. Collaborative environments foster professional growth and clinical excellence.
Team: Work alongside experienced healthcare professionals, including hospitalists and specialized staff, to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (preferred) or Family Medicine.
Michigan medical license or eligible for licensure.
Demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and professional ethics.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
