We are seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to provide exceptional care within our dynamic clinical team. Required Skills:
  • Active Washington State medical license or Interim IMLC certification
  • Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology practice
  • Strong clinical knowledge in labor & delivery, postpartum care, and gynecological services
  • Excellent patient communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in managing patient contact hours, including callbacks, with precise documentation

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Prior involvement in hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology care
  • Additional certifications in obstetrics or gynecology preferred
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting focusing on obstetrics and gynecology
  • Demonstrated competence in managing labor and delivery scenarios and postpartum care

Other Requirements:
  • Clean history and malpractice insurance coverage
  • Ability to document patient contact hours and call back support with detailed notes for audit purposes
  • Willingness to provide scheduled call support (1:3 call schedule) from 7 am to 7 am, with rounding for approximately 30 minutes to one hour daily
  • Availability for a minimum of three months, with ongoing potential
  • Compensation rate of $1.00 per hour
  • Ability to work remotely while providing call support, with no on-site requirements during callback hours
  • Documentation and verification of call-back hours, including supporting notes and descriptions
