We are seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to provide exceptional care within our dynamic clinical team. Required Skills:
Active Washington State medical license or Interim IMLC certification
Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology practice
Strong clinical knowledge in labor & delivery, postpartum care, and gynecological services
Excellent patient communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Proficiency in managing patient contact hours, including callbacks, with precise documentation
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Prior involvement in hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology care
Additional certifications in obstetrics or gynecology preferred
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting focusing on obstetrics and gynecology
Demonstrated competence in managing labor and delivery scenarios and postpartum care
Other Requirements:
Clean history and malpractice insurance coverage
Ability to document patient contact hours and call back support with detailed notes for audit purposes
Willingness to provide scheduled call support (1:3 call schedule) from 7 am to 7 am, with rounding for approximately 30 minutes to one hour daily
Availability for a minimum of three months, with ongoing potential
Compensation rate of $1.00 per hour
Ability to work remotely while providing call support, with no on-site requirements during callback hours
Documentation and verification of call-back hours, including supporting notes and descriptions
