Required Skills:
Valid medical license to practice in California
Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Proven experience in obstetric hospitalist roles or inpatient obstetrics
Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience working in a hospitalist setting
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) to serve diverse patient populations
Advanced certifications such as neonatal resuscitation (NRP)
Preferred Education and Experience:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
At least 2 years of obstetrics practice, preferably in hospitalist or inpatient settings
Active California medical license and DEA certification
Other Requirements:
Ability to start on 12/31/2025
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Travel, licensure, certification, and other applicable reimbursements included
