Licensure/Certifications: Valid medical license in Virginia, Board Certified in OB/GYN
Experience: Prior hospitalist or obstetrics experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $214.50
Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You’ll Do:
Provide emergent obstetric care for a busy hospital averaging 72 deliveries/month
Support hospital OB team with backup coverage for GYN emergencies
Collaborate with in-house anesthesia and MFM teams for comprehensive patient care
Manage approximately 600 assigned patients and handle emergent cases for private patients
Assist with labor and delivery, emergency GYN procedures, and postpartum care
Ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a Level 3B NICU environment
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members and patients
What You Need:
Valid medical license to practice in Virginia
Board certification in OB/GYN or eligible for certification
At least 2 years of recent hospitalist or OB/GYN experience
Strong clinical skills in obstetrics emergencies and GYN care
Ability to work independently and part of a collaborative team
