What You’ll Bring:
Valid RN license (Nurse Licensure Compact or single-state)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS and NIHSS preferred
Strong communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
Critical thinking with the ability to respond decisively in emergencies
Proficiency in utilizing technology and electronic health records
Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment respecting the scope of nursing practice
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in acute or critical care settings
Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations
Previous experience in a float or agency nursing role
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required)
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
Less than one year of clinical nursing experience post-graduation, including verified clinical hours
Additional Requirements:
Flexibility to work night shifts (7:45 PM – 6:15 AM)
Availability for every other weekend and two major/minor holidays
Willingness to participate in onboarding, ongoing professional development, and performance improvement initiatives
Travel and licensure-related reimbursements as applicable
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay rate of $46.90
