Join Our Team as an ER Holding Registered Nurse

Are you a dedicated and experienced RN seeking a vital role in emergency care? We are looking for a highly skilled ER Holding Registered Nurse to provide expert patient management in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes during critical moments, all while working alongside a committed healthcare team.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Minimum 2 years of ER experience, with proficiency in telemetry and dysrhythmia management
  • Strong knowledge of PCU/Stepdown care, IV insulin and heparin protocols
  • Expertise in renal failure management, cardiac and vasoactive drips (including titration), and blood product administration
  • Skills in tracheostomy care, rapid response utilization, and non-invasive airway management (CPAP/BIPAP, oxygen)
  • Ability to manage wounds with VAC therapy, and respond swiftly to emergent situations
  • Proven competence in EPIC documentation and compliance with safety standards

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
  • Additional certifications such as NIHSS, PALS, BLS, ACLS
  • Capable of managing complex cases involving cardiac, respiratory, or renal components

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Licensed Registered Nurse with active state licensure
  • At least 2 years of recent ER or acute care experience in similar settings

Additional Requirements:
  • No time-off from February 15 to February 28, 2026
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required
  • Certifications in telemetry and dysrhythmia management preferred
  • Ability to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) on 12-hour shifts
  • Willingness to work in a team environment and adapt to fast-changing situations

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $51.29, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
